Founder and CEO of Cell Bridge Strategies

Dr. Andrews is the founder and CEO of Cell Bridge Strategies, an international growth consulting firm that focuses on the Life Sciences Regenerative Medicine and Cell Therapy.  Because of her interest and deep understanding of the technology, markets, and operational aspects of these industries, Dr. Andrews focused on helping companies grow for biomedical advancement. New advisory boards are often created to provide additional corporate (client) guidance. Dr. Andrews has an expert team, and has built a global network of Life Science and Regenerative Medicine experts that can be tapped into to aid Cell Bridge Strategies clients. Dr. Andrews has also built industry partnerships in the areas of Life Science IT (The Court Square Group) and FDA Regulations (LeanRAQA).  Clients range from international corporations in Cryopreservation, others in the Cellular Therapies, to cGMP facility start-up.

Over the years, Dr. Andrews has done a “walk about” Science and Business, both nationally and internationally; she’s owned and built businesses, laboratories, and organizations. She’s held numerous positions including Senior Global Healthcare & Life Science Consultant for an international consulting firm where she help clients ranging from Big Pharma, CDMOs, to academic investigators, with their business strategies, market positioning, product development and competitive intelligence. As a Scientist, Dr. Andrews worked for over 20 years developing cell-based assays, creating chemical defined culture systems and studying the biochemistry and physiology of mammalian sperm, eggs, and embryos in vitro. She’s held academic and corporate positions including: Assistant Professorships, Senior Staff Scientist at the Audubon Center for Research of Endangered Species, NASA Senior Scientist (Lockheed Martin Space Operations and Science Systems and Applications) and Executive for an International Blood, Tissue & Regenerative Medicine Company.
