Neil Kellen has 30+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Operations, and Legal, with 20 years at the C level. He has a proven track record of organization building, performance improvement, and increased profitability, and a unique ability to leverage diverse perspectives to create wholes that are greater than the sum of their parts. His ability to work in both the tactical/detail and strategic/big picture environments makes him perfectly suited for fast growth and turnaround situations.
Most recently, Neil helped a start-up medical device company analyze potential markets, develop pricing, and market penetration strategies, and is helping them prepare for an IPO. In parallel, he developed financial projections for a startup Regenerative Medicine/Wellness clinic. Neil built a complex global supply chain model for a top 5 Pharma, handled investor relations for a startup OTC company, built multiple product and pricing profitability models in several industries, created an Excel based ERP system that seamlessly supported the coordination of revenue, supply chain, and financial forecasts, and executed six fund raises for VC backed companies.
Neil was at the center of several acquisitions and sales processes, handling analysis, due diligence, shareholder communication, legal, and disposition of funds. He has negotiated contracts with international companies from COLT Telecom to Saudi Aramco, to DZ Bank. Additionally, he has raised more than $24MM in funding and $120MM in debt for prior employers.
