Co-Founder of the International Perinatal Stem Cell Society, Founder and CEO of Heiwa Bushido Enterprises
Kyle Cetrulo has over 20 years’ experience working in the Regenerative Medicine Field. Starting his career in the cord blood stem cell banking field in 2000 where he worked for both private and public cord blood banks. Mr. Cetrulo recognized the vast therapeutic potential of mesenchymal stem cells in the early 2000s. In 2008, after raising the initial capital investment, he Co-Founded Auxocell Laboratories, Inc. (Auxocell).
In 2013, Mr. Cetrulo Co-Founded the International Perinatal Stem Cell Society, Inc. a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. As President of the Society, Mr. Cetrulo is respected as a thought leader in the field, and a patient advocate who works diligently to advance the field of cellular therapy to benefit patient populations in need of stem cell therapies to be legally administered with the utmost safety and efficacy. The Perinatal Stem Cell Society is celebrating its 10th Anniversary with the 10th Perinatal Society Congress. This virtual conference will be held May 16, 17 and 18, 2023 and many past faculty members will be participating in this event.
Mr. Cetrulo is the Founder and CEO of Heiwa Bushido Enterprises, a company that helps US and International companies bring their regenerative medicine products to Japan. Working within the Japanese regulatory framework enables a company to develop a strategy for their regenerative medicine products to reach patients populations and to collect data that can then be brought back to the FDA. This approach bridges the valley of death and enables regenerative medicine companies to be sustainable doing this part of the life science clinical trial life cycle. Mr. Cetrulo will be presenting and overview of the Japanese Regulatory Environment at this year’s World Stem Cell Summit.
