Attendees included Dr. Francis Collins, Former Vice President Joe Biden, Katy Perry, Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra and Peter Gabriel, and more than 300 of the world’s leading doctors, scientists, philanthropists, ministers of health, ethicists and thought leaders from countless industries.

“My goal is to increase awareness for prevention, raise money for new cell therapies and continue to generate dialogue between stakeholders in medicine, research, education and religion. The International Diplomacy Award is meaningful to me because it highlighted my work to bring people together to further our common goals. We must focus on how to treat, prevent and repair damaged tissues and find cures for chronic diseases. We make magic by working together because cell therapy is transformative and will make a major difference to humanity,” said Dr. Smith.
